What I loved most about the session was the atmosphere Tshepang created with the breathing exercises before and after the discovery questions. My 'aha' moment was when you asked "what difference would achieving your body goals make in your life?" which guided me to the realisation that it wouldn't really make a substantial difference in how I see myself or live my life.
I would describe the process as a guided session which allows a person to unpack her experiences and introspect. She'll be able to figure out what has shaped her thoughts around her body image gain and practical steps to view her body in a more positive light.
The sessions are perfect for people who've set certain goals for themselves (particularly body goals) without doing the deeper work of understanding why they have set those goals for themselves.
